Work Hours: 8 am–5pm EST 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Support Analyst to join our team and provide critical support across our software platforms. The ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for user support, and familiarity with .NET and SQL environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to tickets in Fresh Service.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer with SMEs to understand system workflows.

  • Deliver training on platform features and updates.

  • Collaborate with product owners and the development team.

  • Create user stories and log bugs in Azure DevOps.

  • Propose fixes based on code review.

  • Track product releases and assist in support readiness.

  • Use SQL Server Management Studio to troubleshoot and fix data issues.

Tech Stack:

  • .NET, Blazor (Front End)

  • C# (Code Base)

  • Azure SQL (Database)

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in application support, ticketing systems, or product teams.

  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and SQL Server.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
