Budget Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Budget Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Budget Analyst will manage the financials for a large team with many sub teams and budgets
* Manage the budget and forecast under supervision
* Coordinate payment of invoices with Product Owners
* Research & correct missing, duplicate or incorrect invoices
* Run various SAP reports to view project financial actuals
* Reconcile project actuals vs forecast and address variances
* Identify, research & resolve unexpected project charges, or charges to incorrect bill codes
* As a Budget Analyst, you will coordinate purchase order needs between the Product Owner and Vendor management
* Create & submit transactions to address financial corrections
* Contact Product Owners and/or vendors as needed to resolve financial matters
* Communicate financial status, gaps and concerns with the team lead(s)

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
