Minneapolis, MN (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office).

W2 role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing robust and scalable web applications using React, along with intermediate experience in Java for backend integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services using Java.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10 + years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.

Proficient in Java with experience in building RESTful services.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred, but not required:

Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
