Job Summary:

As a Solution Architect in the HR domain, you will design and implement end-to-end technology solutions that support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. This role bridges HR business needs and enterprise IT systems to drive digital transformation in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR technology solutions.

  • Analyze HR business processes and translate them into system requirements and architecture.

  • Lead the design and implementation of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).

  • Integrate HR applications with internal enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, finance, identity management).

  • Drive HR cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners, software engineers, and vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Guide the selection of HR tech tools and platforms based on business needs.

  • Develop architecture documentation, system roadmaps, and governance models.

  • Support reporting, analytics, and workforce planning tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 5 years in HR tech or enterprise architecture.

  • Strong understanding of core HR functions: payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, L&D, performance, etc.

  • Expertise in platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, BambooHR, ADP.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Skilled in integration technologies (e.g., REST APIs, middleware, iPaaS).

  • Familiarity with data governance and security in HR contexts.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • HRIS certification (Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).

  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework certification.

  • Understanding of employee experience platforms and self-service portals.

  • Experience with workforce analytics and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Visier).

  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements (e.g., EEOC, FMLA, SOC 2).
