We are looking for an Air & Missile Defense Program Integrator to join our team in supporting the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Mission Command(MC) Project Office. The AMD Program Integrator will support a Software Product Office with the development of new capability and integration of new Sensors and Weapon platforms into a common Mission Command system.

Your day-to-day work will include:
  • Providing oversight and coordination for the complete developmental lifecycle of new capabilities.
  • Refining of warfighter concepts/requirements.
  • Developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM's) and subsequent Integrated Master Schedules (IMS's).
  • Providing leadership via coordination, review, and direction.
  • Supporting Product Office on all business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities associated with IBCS/Patriot software development.
  • Assessing long-range factors in their potential to affect the programmatic or technical progress of the project.
  • Providing periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine the status of the overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination of orderly phasing of all actions and cost, schedule, and performance risk; identify alternative risk mitigation approaches; and ascertain appropriate action required to maintain or improve project schedules.

At a minimum you should have:
  • ship
  • An active SECRET security clearance and ability to maintain.
  • A strong background in acquisition management .
  • The ability to be a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced working environment, and willing to engage various levels of stakeholders to ensure the new capability under development meets the needs of the warfighting customer and is delivered in a timely manner.
  • An understanding of product integration; be conversant with the current and emerging US Army's Air and Missile Defense weapon systems; and have some experience with the key functions applicable to C2 product/software architectures.
  • Understanding of Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
  • Good communication skills, people skills, and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
  • The ability to travel when required.

You will be highly desirable if you have:
  • DAU certifications in project management.
  • Experience with Agile Software development.
  • Experience with the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC), and future sensors and launchers.

Estimated Salary Range: $142,000-$200,000
