Job Details
Role: Centric PLM Analyst
Location: Hybrid ..either in NJ or city
Visa: Any Independent.
Exp: 10+yrs

Major Responsibilities
Partner with the PLM team to support existing PLM system and integrations
including administrative tasks, issue triaging and system testing.
Translate business requirements into functional specs with associated test scripts
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to assess/design
solution, facilitate user testing and training, and provide process reviews/change
management
Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, test scripts,
training documentation, best practices, etc.
Support all areas of business including overseas users as needed
Support deployment efforts including sprint deploys and migrations
Requirements
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio a plus)
Over 6+ years of experience working with PLM (Centric Software preferred)
Experience working in Accessories, Footwear, or Apparel industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Project Management experience a plus
Adobe/Design tools experience a plus
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
