Role: SAP GTS Functional Consultant
Location: Remote with need-based travel to Japan (expenses will be covered by the client)
Contract opportunity
Job Description:
Fluency in Japanese is must
Responsibilities:
- Manage design and configuration of SAP GTS processes (compliance, customs, trade preference).
- Align Japanese trade regulations with global GTS rollout requirements.
- Collaborate with OTC, MM, and FI teams for end-to-end integration.
- Perform functional specs, gap analysis, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Conduct workshops and provide training for local users.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP GTS functional experience.
- Expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese trade laws and export/import regulations.
- Integration knowledge with SAP OTC and MM modules.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English.
