Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to provide development and operational support for the Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP) application and its associated integrations, configurations, and reporting solutions. This role is remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical system in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will analyze and enhance application logic, automate processes, and develop robust integrations using Groovy scripts, SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Support includes regular production issue resolution, maintenance, and documentation of work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, reverse engineer, and enhance existing code, scripts, and processes within the Oracle SFP system.

  • Develop and modify Groovy and SQL scripts to implement improvements and automations.

  • Support, maintain, and extend Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and related application components.

  • Produce and maintain system documentation and operational instructions for developed solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support incident resolution, request fulfillment, and release activities.

  • Track and manage tasks and support issues via the Jira ticketing system.

Required Skills & Technologies (Non-Negotiable):

  • Groovy scripting

  • SQL (MS SQL or Oracle SQL)

  • Full life cycle software development experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Operational and production support experience
