Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing IT staffing firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape and proven experience in selling staffing solutions. As a BDM, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-to-large-sized organizations.

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR departments.

    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.

    • Work with internal recruiters to align client needs with qualified IT talent.

    • Prepare proposals, RFPs, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.

  • Market Research & Networking:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company s brand and services.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.

  • Strong understanding of technology roles (e.g., developers, system admins, data analysts, etc.).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
