*Primarily remote with occasional on-site required. Must be able to report on-site within seventy-two (72) hours after notification.

Job Description:
We are seeking an Instructional Systems/Curriculum Designer to design, develop, and enhance online coursework for Judiciary personnel.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners.
- 2+ years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance of eLearning content and platforms.
- Experience designing self-paced online courses for adult learners.
- Experience creating multimedia and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
- Experience with Vyond, or similar platform, to create video components within trainings.
- Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to accept and address constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager. a. Lessons may include, but are not limited to, multiple job roles within the Judiciary as well as general soft skills.
- Revising existing self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager. a. Revisions may include, but are not limited to, changing existing content, changing the way content is presented in a lesson, or changing the platform in which lessons are facilitated.
- Utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise for new Judiciary training developments. a. Construction of trainings may include multimedia components.
- Attending regularly scheduled meetings for collaboration and progress evaluation.
Interview Process:
- Shortlisted resource will be required to complete a multi-part interview. The anticipated duration of the interview is one (1) hour.
- Interview(s) conducted via a Microsoft Teams meeting. Must have camera on for the duration of the interview.
- Shortlisted resource shall prepare the following for the virtual panel interview:
- Presentation and explanation of a selection of work samples from the portfolio that utilizes Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise, that also include Vyond (or similar platform) components.
- Work samples shall:
- Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and theory, and best practices in self-paced, eLearning delivery.
- Exhibit a high level of interactivity.
- Demonstrate technical processes, such as using clear instructions, flow of content, interactive and scenario-based learning elements, videos, interviews, formative and summative assessments, and other proofs of learning strategies.
- The prepared presentation shall last no more than thirty (30) minutes.
- The resource is not expected to develop work samples for the presentation and may use existing work samples.
