Role Name: Data Steward Customer Records(MDM Platform)
Location: Woodland Hills, CA


JOB DESCRIPTION:

"Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
2 4+ years of experience in data stewardship, data operations, or customer data analysis.
Hands-on experience with IBM MDM, Reltio, or Informatica MDM solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in
ambiguous situations.
Ability to balance accuracy and speed, working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
Skills
Knowledge of customer/party data domains (CRM, client master, policyholder systems).
SQL or data query experience for validating and profiling records.
Familiarity with data integration and governance workflows.
Insurance or financial services industry exposure a plus.

Customer Data Analysis & Resolution
Investigate duplicates, conflicts, or incomplete customer records and determine tperson appropriate
golden record using MDM survivorship and match rules.
Analyze patterns and anomalies in customer data to proactively identify issues and recommend
corrective actions.
Apply sound judgment in resolving ambiguous data issues wpersone business context is required.
Operational Stewardship
Execute and monitor customer record merges, updates, and corrections within IBM MDM, Reltio, or
Informatica.
Validate data flowing from source systems into tperson MDM platform, ensuring accuracy and
consistency.
Support integration of golden customer records into downstream systems (CRM, billing, claims,
analytics).
Analytical Support & Insights
Track and report on customer data quality metrics (duplicate rate, completeness, match confidence).
Provide insights on customer data personalth that inform marketing, sales, and service analytics.
Partner with data analysts to ensure MDM records support key reporting and analytics use cases.
Business Partnership
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to validate
stewardship decisions.
Act as a subject matter expert for customer master data, personlping tperson business trust and adopt MDM
records.
Serve as a liaison between data engineers, MDM admins, and business users to ensure alignment"
