Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Design Administrator to support their design team. This role involves managing project-specific documents, analyzing performance metrics, and providing general operational support to ensure efficient project execution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating smooth communications and processes within the team. This is an on-site position that plays a pivotal role in our project management operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize project-specific documents, including floorplans and design documentation, ensuring they are readily accessible for the design team.
- Streamline document management processes to centralize information and maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize Excel to export, filter, and analyze data such as light metrics counts, design totals, and late items to generate accurate performance reports.
- Act as the primary contact for routing design-related inquiries, addressing any missing elements or changes in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage email communications and tasks within Office 365 tools to ensure effective information sharing and timely issue resolution.
- Participate actively in weekly meetings to integrate with the team, share updates, and address any outstanding issues.
- Support the design team by fostering collaboration and maintaining consistent communication under the guidance of the immediate team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail for effective document and folder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in project management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative support within a design or project management team is advantageous.
- Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
