Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD and LSD, including the adoption and integration of AI technologies such as NowAssist and Agentic AI to enhance automation and employee experience.
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD and Legal Service Delivery modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and Legal stakeholders (as well as Product Owners) to continuously understand and communicate user needs and validate solutions; represent the voice of employees and legal requestors.
  • Seek out user feedback, analyse service trends, and illustrate problems in contextual stories that guide product evolution.
  • Lead strategic planning for the introduction and scaling of Now Assist Virtual Agent, Agentic AI workflows, and advanced self-service capabilities across HR and Legal functions.
  • Apply strategic themes to influence program direction, guided by Portfolio Canvas, Lean Budgets, and Guardrails.
  • Manage the flow of work through the Program Kanban and maintain a well-prioritized Program Backlog; define and explicitly communicate goals and priorities.
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning by presenting vision, upcoming milestones, and acting as Business Owner for the train, approving PI Objectives, and establishing business value..
  • Partner with System and Solution Architecture/Engineering to understand and prioritize enabler work, including AI and automation components.
  • Participate in demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and measure outcomes to drive iterative improvement.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders using Business Relationship Management practices to drive business value and adoption of intelligent solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HRSD and LSD processes within ServiceNow, providing guidance and best practice recommendations.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, UX designers, and functional teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Partner with change management and communications teams to drive adoption, training, and organizational readiness.
  • Stay informed on ServiceNow releases, new HRSD and LSD capabilities, and industry trends to proactively recommend innovations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-HRSD, LSD, Scrum, Kanban
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience required.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or SAFe Agile Product and Solution Management certifications preferred.
  • Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., HRSD Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator).
  • Significant business and technical knowledge with practical experience in Lean methodology, principles, and tools preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred.
  • Significant experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with ServiceNow HRSD, Legal Service Delivery, and AI-based virtual agent solutions such as NowAssist.
  • Experience defining and delivering multi-year product roadmaps, including AI and automation strategy.
  • Experience implementing or managing ServiceNow HRSD or Legal Service Delivery globally or across large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with employee experience design and HR shared services operating models.
  • Ability to drive change management and adoption in complex organizations.
