Their platform enables thousands of AI agents to build software at scale reducing
projects from six months to six days.
Role OverviewOur client seeks a Engineering Manager, Client Solution to act as the technical bridge
between their AI platform and enterprise engineering teams.
This role is ideal for former Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, or Architects who want
to move into a customer-facing role while staying close to deep technical challenges.
Responsibilities Advise enterprise engineering teams as a trusted technical consultant.
Translate SDLC challenges into AI-powered solutions with measurable ROI.
Lead deep-dives on code quality, security, and integrations.
Partner with CTOs & VPs of Engineering on roadmaps and initiatives.
Design proof-of-concepts (PoCs) tailored to enterprise environments.
Architect successful implementations aligned with enterprise workflows.
Provide customer insights to influence product direction.
Support sales during complex enterprise cycles.
Requirements 5 8 years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
Strong understanding of enterprise SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices.
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure), APIs,
containers, security.
Able to engage both engineering teams and C-level executives.
Leadership experience (formal management a plus).
Preferred: Past experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Solutions Architect.
Background in enterprise digital transformation or AI/ML solutions.
Prior work at cloud leaders (AWS, Google, Microsoft) or enterprise consultancies.
Mentorship from proven AI founders.
Career path toward Director/VP roles as company scales.
Influence on enterprise adoption of Generative AI.
