Multi-Factor Authentication Specialist (IAM / Azure AD / EntraID)

We re expanding our team to support a large scale enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive implementation of MFA and IAM controls across a wide range of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with application owners and developers to assess authentication methods and user types (B2E, B2B, B2C).
• Analyze authentication gaps, recommend solutions, and support integration with Azure EntraID (Azure AD).
• Conduct risk assessments based on application sensitivity and data classification (e.g., PII/PHI).
• Maintain and enhance application inventories to support integration with tools like Planview.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in MFA implementation, IAM and security engineering,
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and Azure EntraID (Azure AD).
• Experience with COTS, SaaS, and custom applications and their authentication needs.
• Background in onboarding and cataloging applications for IAM platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PlanView, IGA platforms, or application inventory tools.
• Knowledge of data classification, regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOX), and secure development.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative project environments.
