Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Remote
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

What you ll do as a Desktop Technician:

  • Provide responsive, effective technical support to end users, resolving issues related to devices, software, printers, phones, and mobile devices
  • Manage and resolve support tickets for both on-campus and remote users, ensuring timely and professional assistance
  • Deliver on-site IT support for meetings and events, ensuring smooth technical operations
  • Image, deploy, and manage laptops for new hires, repairs, and equipment returns, maintaining hardware readiness and reliability


What you ll bring to the Desktop Technician role:

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience
  • High school diploma
  • Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office environments
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented mindset
  • Preferred: Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
  • Preferred: Exposure to Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in customer service within a technical support context
