ServiceNow (SNOW) Architect - UALJP00015737
Location: Chicago IL
MUST be local to Chicago and able to work onsite 3 days per week. Tues-Thurs onsite (Tuesday & Wednesday always guaranteed).

Spotlight Call for upcoming role:
2 phases service now to Workday migration -ideally complete by 2026
Deep technical skills with Service now and Workday
Strong communication they are in HR space- stakeholder management and explain concepts to people
Team environment- but they need to drive the decisions
Day-to-day- development skills?
Purpose of role new project augment the architect skills system implementation partners for integrations
Cloud background and 2 platform backgrounds mid range or senior who has done this before
Someone who can advise what to look out for they will be working on new employee portal will continue to advance (phase 2) for all of UA employees -knowledge articles, etc. trying to simplify (help hub, flying together) -centralize better this is the team s goal for functionality
Location needs someone local to Chicago all of the team is there Tue, Wed, Thurs (especially Tues, Wed and some on Thurs business partners)
Development may need some exposure not code major module help debug
What HM will look at on resumes technical skills
Service now in the HR vertical, integrations, AI and search (how to maximize), communication skills, time management, ok without Workday but other migrations
Interviews- 2- 3 rounds 1st w/HM, 2nd Panel 2 hours, 3rd with team

Role:
Employee experience portal built on SNOW.
Workday implementation with this portal slated for December 2026.
Needs a ServiceNow Architect to effectively lead this "Employee Experience" platform for United employees.
New project. Augmenting technical architect to work with implementation partners (SNOW team and Workday team).
Optimizing integrations and using SNOW in the best way possible.
Skillset:
More of a deep technical skillset of ServiceNow (required) and Workday (preferred).
Targeting experience with AI/Virtual Agents and SNOW.
MUST have experience with third party integrations to ServiceNow.
Timeline is critical in this project. Needs someone strong in time management.
Must have strong communication and stakeholder management.
Interview Process:
3 rounds of interviews.
