Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Paid Media Manager to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will take charge of designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This position is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute to the success of a multi-location business.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and refine paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including planning, setup, testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including brand, content, and analytics, to ensure media strategies support broader business objectives.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Stay informed about updates in advertising platforms, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Manage local marketing initiatives tailored to multi-location business needs.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social media campaigns.
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
Strong background in corporate or in-house marketing, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Experience in industries such as real estate, services, hospitality, or multi-location businesses is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI or Looker is a plus.
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
Understanding of local marketing strategies for businesses with multiple locations.
