The Senior Full Stack .NET Developer is a pivotal technical role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable software solutions for our Sales, Service, and Distribution functions. This position requires deep expertise across the full Microsoft .NET stack within an Agile framework. As a technical leader, the Senior Developer III will mentor team members, drive best practices, ensure code quality, and significantly contribute to architectural integrity and the success of IT initiatives.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and testing of complex applications to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage ETL processes for efficient data integration.
- Write code in C# and .NET to optimize IT platform performance.
- Drive adherence to coding standards and secure coding principles.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to architectural designs and influence technical decisions.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies for optimal team collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
- Participate in rotational on-call support and maintenance activities.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed systems.
Experience Requirements:
Key Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of Full Stack .NET Development (Blazor, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- 5+ years of ETL Processes (SQL Server, SSIS)
- 3+ years of SDLC and CI/CD experience.
- MS Azure Environment (Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines)
- Agile Delivery experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure API Management.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in complex development environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
