Summary

**This is a contract to hire position**

Join our growing team as a Low Voltage Lead Technician! We're looking for a skilled professional with experience installing and managing structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, and related systems on construction sites, data centers, or healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead structured cabling projects (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber)
Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems
Supervise and mentor junior technicians
Read and execute blueprints and wiring diagrams
Coordinate with and client teams
Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion

Requirements:

8 - 10 years of experience in low voltage
2 years in a leadership role
OSHA 10/30 required
BICSI Installer II or Technician preferred
Proficient with Fluke/OTDR tools
