**This is a contract to hire position**
Join our growing team as a Low Voltage Lead Technician! We're looking for a skilled professional with experience installing and managing structured cabling, access control, CCTV, AV, and related systems on construction sites, data centers, or healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structured cabling projects (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber)
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians
- Read and execute blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Coordinate with and client teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion
Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in low voltage
- 2 years in a leadership role
- OSHA 10/30 required
- BICSI Installer II or Technician preferred
- Proficient with Fluke/OTDR tools
