This Senior Analyst position supports financial planning & analysis within CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefits Management segment (PBM). This role is a member of the PBM's Network/Retail Finance team and will work with other PBM finance teams in order to support financial best practices.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Position Summary
This Senior Analyst position supports financial planning & analysis within CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefits Management segment (PBM). This role is a member of the PBM's Network/Retail Finance team and will work with other PBM finance teams in order to support financial best practices.
The Senior Analyst's primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting variance analysis to support the improvement efforts of the team's budgeting & forecasting processes
- Working with analysts to support these efforts within the Network team
- Providing analysis & valuation of changes that effect the team's P&L
- Supporting executive management with the data necessary to make critical business decisions
- Working cross-functionally with the finance & technology teams to help support modeling efforts
- Maintaining ad hoc requests and projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, analytics, corporate strategy, consulting)
- 2+ years experince with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month end close, etc.)
- Healthcare experience
- Experience analyzing data and learning new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, SQL, SAP
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or other quantitativelyoriented fields; accredited four year college or university or equivalent experience
