Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Expertise in iOS mobile development, with experience in Android considered a plus.
- Experience designing and implementing push notification systems within mobile products.
- Experience in delivering mobile or digital products in .NET or Salesforce-based ecosystems.
- Experience with Agent Console or equivalent operational workflow/ticketing tools.
- Experience working within a Fortune 500 company is required.
- Experience in the payments industry is essential, including familiarity with transaction flows, PCI compliance, and digital wallet solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Product and Operations teams to deliver high-quality digital products across mobile platforms.
- Define and manage detailed product roadmaps for mobile applications, with a preference for iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to effectively guide development teams.
- Drive projects from initial concept through to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and feature optimization.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, technical product solutions.
- Integrate Agent Console workflows seamlessly into customer support and service platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and enhance mobile features that utilize push notification systems to increase user engagement and customer retention.
- Manage project priorities and resource planning within .NET or Salesforce product environments.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics, iterating to drive continuous improvement.
