Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions Program Manager with strong techno-functional expertise to drive the modernization and implementation of digital workplace platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Viva Suite (Connections, Insights, Learning), and GenAI-enabled workplace productivity tools.
This role is hands-on, client-facing, and highly strategic responsible for managing transformation programs that enhance employee experience, collaboration, and operational intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in IT, HR, Communications, and Business, aligning efforts with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and user expectations in the AML/Fraud/Sanctions/Case Management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-of-the-end design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Agent, Viva Suite (Connections, Insights, Learning), and other workplace modernization initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to clients, aligning digital workplace programs with business transformation objectives and compliance needs (AML, Sanctions, Fraud).
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, particularly for organizations undergoing platform modernization and transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, modern workplace platforms, including integrations with systems like Actimize and transaction monitoring environments.
- Drive cross-functional team alignment (44-member+ team) and manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
- Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, user story refinement, and continuous delivery.
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and leverage analytics to support change management and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies such as GenAI, ensuring the workplace platform remains cutting-edge and competitive.
- Lead governance, data usage compliance, and security initiatives aligned with Microsoft 365 best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in digital workplace or Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Viva Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 platforms.
- Experience with AML/Transaction Monitoring systems (e.g., Actimize) and knowledge of Fraud, Sanctions, Watchlist, and Case Management workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in platform modernization, digital transformation, and transaction monitoring system design.
- Excellent client engagement skills ability to consult, lead discussions, and align with enterprise objectives.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira), and reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; capable of leading large, diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of GenAI use cases within the workplace, and the ability to design AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with workplace analytics, Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), or integration with third-party HR/Collaboration tools.
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments and understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial crime domain.
