Responsibilities

• Financial Services Cloud development and solution architecture design
• Attention to detail and accountability for delivering on time and to specification
• Collaboration and communication in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Address and resolve development challenges
• Mentor and guide the development team while facilitating alignment between stakeholders

Requirements

• Ability to work 3 days per week from the office in Malvern PA, Carrollton, TX or Charlotte, NC
• Expertise in Financial Services Cloud development with hands-on experience
• Proven experience in Code Review and Solution Design, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes
• Proficiency with Copado Test Automation, DevOps Tool for streamlined testing and deployment processes
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and add technical notes to user stories for clear communication
• Expertise in implementing best practices in design and development to guide and manage the development team effectively
• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to define and finalize story details before development begins
• Plan and actively participate in Integration Testing, ensuring seamless functionality across components
• Salesforce Architect certifications required
