Description
Location: Boston, NYC, or Miami (Hybrid- 2 days/week in office)
We're looking for a Platform Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of Santander's web and app experience platforms. This role sits within the Marketing Technology team and focuses on Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets), Adobe Target, and related optimization capabilities.
As Platform PM, you will guide how these platforms evolve to support marketing, CX, and product needs - ensuring they are scalable, compliant, and easy to use for business teams. You will work closely with the Web Marketing team (focused on website strategy, CRO, SEO, and campaign execution) as well as IT, Product, and global partners to drive adoption and maximize value from our investments in Adobe Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and backlog for web & app experience platforms (AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Target, DAM, Adobe Campaign), aligned to the Marketing Value Stream strategy.
Partner with the Web Marketing team to ensure platform capabilities enable CRO, SEO, and campaign execution goals.
Translate business needs into platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the Experience Platform squad.
Collaborate with IT and Global teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and platform stability.
Ensure marketing teams are trained and enabled to use tools effectively based on their role/responsibility; act as the bridge between technology delivery and marketing adoption.
Define KPIs and success measures for platform usage, adoption, and business impact (e.g., personalization velocity, content reuse, test performance).
Monitor platform maturity, identify gaps, and drive the evolution of AEM and Target into app and logged-in environments.
Advocate for marketing's needs in enterprise and global forums and ensure platforms are developed with compliance, governance, and scalability in mind.
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, platform management, or MarTech/AdTech experience.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or Adobe Target strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of web and app optimization, CRO, SEO, and personalization.
Proven success working with cross-functional squads in agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate between marketing and technical teams.
Experience enabling business users on new tools and driving adoption/governance.
Familiarity with agile ceremonies, backlog management, and user story writing.
