Preferred locations: Remote
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $140,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unified Communications / Contact Center Subject Matter Expert (UC/CC SME) to join our delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions to our client, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and optimization in alignment with the customer defined goals.
Our candidate will have a deep knowledge of UC/CC platforms, a consultative approach to delivery, and strong customer-facing communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UC/CC systems.
- Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of large-scale communication solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking, SIP, VoIP protocols, PSTN, SBCs, and cloud telephony.
- Experience with contact center platforms and features including IVR, routing, recording, analytics, and workforce management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CISCO UCS Certifications preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based UC/CC platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS Connect, Webex Calling, Zoom Phone).
- Experience in hybrid UC/CC environments and migrations from legacy systems.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert guidance during and after deployment.
- Create and maintain documentation such as technical design documents, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the UC/CC space.
