Job Title: GenAI Architect ServiceNow

Experience Required: 3 5 Years Department: IT / Digital Transformation / ServiceNow COE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced GenAI Architect with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on Now Assist, Agentic AI capabilities, and domain expertise in modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and innovation skills to lead GenAI-driven automation and AI initiatives across the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement GenAI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist, Agentic AI, and other GenAI technologies.
  • Design, develop, and integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities using Generative AI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI agents, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflows.
  • Customize and configure Now Assist experiences based on business needs and personas.
  • Ensure GenAI implementations adhere to governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize AI models for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest GenAI and ServiceNow releases, innovations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including development and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Agentic AI, and integration of GenAI within ServiceNow workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, and/or Customer Service Management.
  • Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP concepts, and AI integration patterns.
  • Proficient in scripting (JavaScript/Glide), Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
  • Ability to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/HRSD/CSM, GenAI-related badges).
  • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Process Automation Designer.
  • Background in AI/ML, chatbot development, or enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience integrating third-party GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI with ServiceNow.
