Job Details

Are you passionate about driving process excellence and service improvement? We're seeking an IT Service Manager Leader to champion the development, optimization, and adoption of ITSM processes aligned with ITIL and our organizational goals. In this role, you ll establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster transparency, accountability, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) across IT services.

You ll collaborate cross-functionally to refine core ITSM processes Incident, Problem, Change, and Request ensuring they re well-documented and consistently executed. As the primary process owner, you ll lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and scale service delivery.

Bring your passion for process, data, and impact to elevate IT! This is a contract to hire role in the Milwaukee area. Hybrid onsite.
