Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Oracle Identity Management (IdM) Developer to support the development, customization, and deployment of identity and access solutions as part of a large Data Center Migration project. The ideal candidate will bring strong scripting skills, a deep understanding of identity lifecycle processes, and experience working across hybrid infrastructure environments. This role involves:
- Designing and coding workflows, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring secure identity lifecycle management using Oracle's IdM suite.
- Hands-on implementation, administration, and troubleshooting of the Oracle IdM suite including OIM, OAM, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Oracle Identity Management solutions (OIM, OAM, OUD) as part of datacenter migration.
- Administer and maintain Oracle WebLogic and Identity services across Unix/Windows environments.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c workflows, access requests, and provisioning logic.
- Develop and manage scripts using UNIX Shell, Java, WLST, and SQL for identity lifecycle
- automation and data migration.
- Configure and troubleshoot Oracle IdM components such as OIM, OAM, and OUD; Access
- Requests, Certifications, and Provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure smooth migration of IdM components across data centers.
- Perform system health checks, issue resolution, and environment optimization pre- and post-migration.
- Support migration of user identities, policies, and configurations between data centers with minimal disruption.
- Integrate OIM with directory services and enterprise applications in Unix and Windows environments.
Oracle IAM Developer
- Document installation, development processes, and deployment configurations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management, particularly with Oracle IdM.
- Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting, SQL, Java, database SQL and WLST.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c especially workflow customization and access certification modules, WebLogic, and directory services.
- Strong experience and troubleshooting skills for OAM, OIM, and OUD environments.
- Detailed understanding of Oracle IdM suite: OAM, OIM, OIF, OID, OAAM.
- Experience delivering IAM solutions in enterprise-wide, production-grade environments.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities in multi-platform environments.
- Experience working in data center migrations or infrastructure modernization projects.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification in Identity Management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and WebLogic server administration.
- Understanding of federated identity protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation in enterprise environments.
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments and identity federation.
- Strong documentation skills for installation and configuration processes.
