Job Details
We’re seeking a Tier 1–2 IT Support Specialist with 1–2+ years of experience to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist users with hardware, software, and mobile devices, helping to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Support Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Teams conference rooms
- Assist with upgrades, imaging, and device setup
- Handle password resets, VPN, MFA, and account access issues
- Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams), Active Directory, Okta, Duo
- 1+ years of IT support experience
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience with printers, mobile devices, and conferencing tools
