We are looking for you to be equally comfortable starting from scratch with a new application as well as diving into an existing project to make it better.

Key Qualifications

Extensive professional experience with React, NodeJS and ES6 conceptsStrong proficiency in Python and Flask with the ability to build robust and intuitive web applicationsWe want you to understand data visualization principles and best practices, capable of translating sophisticated data into compelling visual storiesOutstanding problem-solving skills, adept at troubleshooting technical issues related to data visualization productsExtensive knowledge of APIs and REST architecture.Experience with Kubernetes and DockerAbility to work with other developers on the team/s and deliver solid and tested products.Should have excellent communication and collaborative skills.Proven track record to excel in a fast-paced development team.

We are building Apple-wide data visualization products in ASE Data Platform Experience with focus on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. We are searching for a highly creative, detail oriented data visualization engineer to build a highly scalable BI platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for pixel perfect design on par with Apple standards and is comfortable on working with large datasets.This person will have a tremendous amount of individual responsibility and influence over the direction of many critical Apple internet services for years to come. You are someone with ideas and real passion for building user experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant, and reliable. Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent related experience.

Additional Requirements

  • - Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Apache Superset, Tableau.
  • - Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
  • - Understanding of data security and access control best practices.
  • - Knowledge of one of the charting libraries, e.g. Apache ECharts
  • - Design, UI, UX principles


Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
