Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX and Bot Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customer experience (CX) solutions using Genesys Cloud tools and integrations with bots and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
Build and customize chatbots, voice bots, and virtual assistants using Genesys Bot Flows and integrations with third-party NLP platforms.
Develop and optimize call flows, IVR, and routing strategies.
Work closely with business and product teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Integrate Genesys CX with CRMs, backend systems, and other enterprise tools.
Perform unit testing, support QA, and handle deployment of bot and call flow updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice, chat, and bot interactions.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation for all developed solutions.
Required Skills:
3 7 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) platform development.
Proven experience in Bot Development (Chatbots, Voicebots) using Genesys Dialog Engine, Bot Flows, or integrating with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, etc.
Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center architecture.
Experience in API integration, web services (REST/JSON), and middleware technologies.
Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python (preferred for bot customization).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
