Seeking a business-focused Product Manager with deep secondary mortgage and securitization experience to bridge business and engineering, own product roadmaps, and drive investor delivery automation and controls.
• Core responsibilities: define product strategy for securitization workflows, translate capital-markets requirements into user stories, coordinate delivery across engineering/QA/data, validate loan-level tapes and settlements, and partner with legal/compliance to embed controls.
• Required: proven PO/BA experience in secondary mortgage markets, strong knowledge of securitization (pooling, REMIC/Trust, loan tapes), investor reporting/settlements, Agile experience (JIRA/Confluence), and technical fluency (data models, SQL, APIs).
• Preferred: capital markets or securitization desk background, familiarity with cashflow waterfalls, MSR/investor accounting systems, and advanced degree a plus.
• Success measures: higher STP rates, fewer settlement exceptions/repurchases, timely investor reporting, and improved release quality.
