Job Title: Mainframe Engineer III
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Job Description:
We are hiring a Mainframe Engineer III with strong expertise in at least one of the following:

  • Mainframe Networking

  • Performance & Capacity Reporting

  • BMC MainView Installation and Customization

This role is NOT for Mainframe Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • z/OS installation, configuration, and maintenance

  • System performance tuning and capacity planning

  • SMP/E change management

  • 24x7 on-call support as part of a team rotation

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 10 years of solid z/OS engineering experience

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and system debugging skills

Preferred Skills:

  • BMC MainView, zOSMF, TCP/IP, Storage Management

  • Workload Manager (WLM)

  • ISV installation & maintenance

  • Banking domain knowledge is a plus
