Project Manager PMP - W2 ONLY

We are seeking a Project Manager PMP with strong knowledge of Salesforce, for a Hybrid role (remote with some on-site) on our W2 in Austin, Texas. We need someone as soon as possible. We are unable to work with any C2Cs with this position.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a Hybrid role (remote with some on-site) on our W2 with our Austin, Texas client. In this role, you will not do technical work but will support all ancillary project management functions such as:

• Setting up meetings with stakeholders and internal support teams,
• Managing all required reporting, managing the communications with the core team and any dependent groups from the program or IT, managing the overall schedule (including where there are dependencies), cost, and scope.
• Providing updates to leadership on the project progress, risks, or any other items of importance.
• Identify and work with an FTE Manager for any resource concerns which may occur throughout the project for timely resolution.
• Work with the Program staff to ensure there is support for UAT and ensure all Agile ceremonies are followed.
• Ensure resources are following HHSC process set forth by the Regulatory IT.

Requirements

The PM should have at least 10 years of experience supporting IT projects with a strong knowledge of Salesforce

• Knowledge of salesforce,
• Project Management Knowledge,
• Ability to maintain cost scope and schedule,
• Knowledge on how to handle issues and risks,
• Good writing skills,
• Strong work knowledge with JIRA,
• Comfortable communicating with senior leadership,
• PMP certification,
• Worked as a PM on government projects

Preferred

• Good at developing and maintaining relationships with program and IT staff.
