Executive Assistant

Details:

• Need someone professional - they'll be supporting 3 people (2 VP's & 1 Director)
• Hybrid work scheduled (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Livonia, MI
• Team player - they'll be working with a well-oiled executive assistant team - someone who can juggle multiple things

Day to Day:

• Expense Reports
• Travel arrangements and planning
• Heavy calendar administration - meeting coordination, etc.
• E-signing of contracts
• Processing of some invoices here and there
• Communication with food/beverage as needed or other outside vendors for events, traveling, etc.

Interview Process:

• Send over to me - I'll have a quick 15-20 minute chat with them
• 1^stInterview: with the current Executive Assistant going out on leave (Kim) & 1 of our directors
• 2^ndInterview: Chat with one of the VP's they'll be supporting
• Decision from there!

Start Date Target:

• Ideally ASAP - this person will likely be here with us through the 1st of the year (January 1st , 2026)
