Job Details
Large SAP / Coupa implementation for international management organization. Reporting to the CTO and working in conjunction with the Project Manager for the Systems Integrator, you will be the eyes and ears of the business championing all Coupa functionality to support the Procure to Pay process.
Work with the stakeholders to understand the business needs and ensure the implementation provides the features and functionality to best support the business. You must understand the capabilities of Coupa as well as the ability to negotiate with the implementation team as well as hold them accountable for providing the agreed upon functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of business vision
- Develop Coupa Product roadmap delivery
- Own and manage product backlog & priorities
- Write user stories and tests solutions
- Lead the User Adoption (Represents all business personas)
- Become the champion for all new Coupa features ensuring optimization
- Evaluate product progress and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Resolve solution conflicts
- Manage Coupa/SI partner vendor relationship
BACKGROUND
- Strong experience as a Product Owner / Manager for Coupa P2P
- Experience working with Stakeholders and developing Product Roadmaps
- Experience working with external Systems Integrators and Software OEM providers
- Experience managing product backlog and developing feature priorities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with change management and User adoption strategies and methodologies
