Job Details

Junior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant / Analyst (with Power Automate) - $33-$35/hr.

Remote/Hybrid Part-Time (20 hrs./wk.)

9-Month+ Contract

San Diego

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with configuration of D365 CE: entities/tables, fields, forms, views, dashboards
  • Maintain and adjust security roles and permissions
  • Build and troubleshoot simple Power Automate flows
  • Support testing activities and document system changes
  • Participate in requirements gathering with business users
  • Assist in data imports using templates / standard tools
  • Work collaboratively with senior developers/architects

Required Experience:

  • 6 months 2 years working with Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
  • Basic understanding of Dataverse
  • Some experience with Power Automate cloud flows
  • Familiarity with CRM processes: sales, service, case management, etc.
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications (PL-200, PL-900, MB-910)
  • Experience with Power Apps (model-driven or canvas)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or JSON
