Job Details
Requirements :
- 5 or more years of Product Management experience focused on enterprise UCaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in contact center (CCaaS) technologies and IVR product solutions.
- Experience with the development of customer-facing portal or platform overlay products.
- Experience in managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to GTM strategy.
- Experience in translating high-level strategic vision into tactical execution plans.
- Experience with creating and defining the product roadmap for client-facing technologies.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical groups.
Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and drive the product vision and strategic roadmap for a new portal solution.
- Lead the requirements gathering process and oversee the product execution phase.
- Map and enhance the end-to-end customer journey for unified communications products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product releases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new solution opportunities.
- Present product strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
