Fineos Consultant

1. Design, Develop and test Fineos applications 2. Strong knowledge of Fineos Architecture and data model 3. Proficient in Fineos programming languages (eg., FPL, FPK) 4. Experience with Fincos integrations like web services and APIs 5. Experience in working with Integrated Disability & Absence Management is mandatory 6. Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies. 7. Excellent technical leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring teams 8. Familiarity with version control systems 9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 8-10 Yrs Provide technical leadership to the Fincos development team, setting the technical direction and ensuring best practices are followed Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvements Design, Develop and test Fineos applications Collaborate with business analysts to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards. Work with QA team to ensure that all applications are thoroughly tested. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Good communication and analytical skills Graduation and or above
