Responsibilities:
- Recruit top talent for different industries.
- Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools (Job Boards, Linkedin, Networking, etc..)
- Build relationship with candidate s from initial contact, screen, interview, prep, debrief, and offer stages
- Develop a pipeline of candidates that fall in line with our needs
Required Skills:
- Find candidates for direct clients, utilizing all tools
- Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge relation to the position
- Track candidates through all phases of the recruitment process
- Be independent and seek out answers and solve problems for open job orders
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate strong commitment to a team environment
- Demonstrate well-developed written and verbal communication skills
