Job Details
UX/UI Designer
Location: On-site, McLean, VA (Monday Friday) Local to the DC/MD/VA area
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise financial applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Enhance and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and usability.
- Collaborate with UI developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD (or similar tools).
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level UX/UI work (preferably in Figma).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Material-UI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
