Are you passionate about creating impactful technical solutions and eager to lead innovative projects? Join us as a Principal Software Engineer where you will spearhead the development and support of Oracle HCM Cloud platforms, driving success through collaboration and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of schedules, system designs, and scope for software solutions, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and enhance applications within defined architecture, proactively communicating with team members to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Provide production system support, diagnosing and resolving issues in collaboration with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills

  • Proficiency in enterprise frameworks, systems integration, and software development methodologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in development tools and processes, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Cloud/Fusion functionality.
  • Advanced understanding of Agile and object-oriented software development, including testing and documentation.
  • Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies for Oracle platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WSO2 and Kintana/HP PPM deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EBS/Fusion distribution and financial applications suite.
  • Familiarity with Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Application Framework.
