Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, extract, and interpret data from JD Edwards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Support users with basic helpdesk requests related to data access, report generation, and system navigation.
- Document and maintain data-related processes and procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Manage workload effectively with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards database systems.
- Strong understanding of JDE tables, data structure, and report generation.
- Experience providing basic helpdesk support or end-user assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Associate degree, bachelor’s degree from a technical school, or completion of military electronic training.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL or data query tools.
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
