Security Consultant - Identity & Access Management Services

TX, Dallas, On-site, locals and ex/Utility domain is preferred.

 

Required skills:

4–7 years hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA (EIC preferred; SSM beneficial).

8–12+ years overall Identity & Access Management experience.

Proven experience and expertise in:

Saviynt workflows, rules engine, tasks, analytics, roles, SoD

Application onboarding using OOTB and custom connectors

Identity lifecycle automation (JML)

Certification campaign configurations

RBAC/ABAC design and role mining concepts

Troubleshooting provisioning, connectors, and adoption issues

REST/SOAP API integration patterns

SQL, JSON, Groovy scripting for Saviynt logic.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, Unix, databases.

Experience in cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) as target systems for integration.

Understanding of identity stores, schema mapping, SSO/OAuth/SAML basics.

Agile

 

Nice to have skills:

Saviynt Professional Certification (EIC).

Saviynt Advanced Configuration or Engineer Certification (if available).

Nice to have - Certifications in IAM & Security:

CIAM/IAM certifications (CISM, CISSP, CCSP, Security+).

Azure/AWS cloud certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AWS Cloud Practitioner).

Nice to have -ITIL Foundation Certification

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Saviynt IGA Expert to provide advanced platform administration support, optimization, and enhancements for a customer undergoing migration from a legacy IGA solution to Saviynt EIC. This role is responsible for ensuring stability, operational excellence, and ongoing evolution of the Saviynt platform. The candidate will work with cross-functional identity, security, application, and infrastructure teams to refine features, automate processes, onboard applications, and implement IGA best practices.

 

A Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, helps organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise. They utilize commercially available IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra, to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively. The consultant is proficient in directory services like TDI and AD, and has hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting. This skillset enables them to create a secure and streamlined identity management system for the organization. The consultant is also proficient in developing scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT and enterprise IT.
