Job Title: Senior Recruiter Technology & Leadership Hiring
Location: NYC NY 4 days onsite
Type: contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and execute end-to-end hiring for both technology roles and leadership positions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, capable of driving hiring initiatives, and also willing to work as an individual contributor when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technology positions and leadership roles.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective hiring strategies.

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates using various sourcing tools.

Manage multiple requisitions with a focus on quality, speed, and efficiency.

Conduct market mapping and provide talent insights for strategic leadership hiring.

Act as an individual contributor while also mentoring or guiding junior recruiters when needed.
Requirements:

6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technology and leadership hiring.

Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, data, and executive roles.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and drive recruitment processes end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
