Job Title: Senior Recruiter Technology & Leadership Hiring
Location: NYC NY 4 days onsite
Type: contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and execute end-to-end hiring for both technology roles and leadership positions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, capable of driving hiring initiatives, and also willing to work as an individual contributor when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technology positions and leadership roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create effective hiring strategies.

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates using various sourcing tools.

  • Manage multiple requisitions with a focus on quality, speed, and efficiency.

  • Conduct market mapping and provide talent insights for strategic leadership hiring.

  • Act as an individual contributor while also mentoring or guiding junior recruiters when needed.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technology and leadership hiring.

  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, data, and executive roles.

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive recruitment processes end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
