Systems Analyst

6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives.

Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools - Jira, Jira Align experience desired.

Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems

Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman.

Required skills:

• Exposure to Java, spring, typical frameworks they work with
• Jira
• Oracle
• Spring
• Oracle Cypress
• Very good understanding with databases
• Writing complex query's
• In general business testing experience (unit testing or automation)

• Financial service experience
• Some EKS applications but not a requirement

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology subject area

Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies

Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adaptive to organizational changes

Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.

Effective communication and people-interaction skills

Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)

Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements.

Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams and associates.

Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
