Salary: $155K + 15% bonus

About the Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Architect, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise architecture to support our ambitious business goals. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligns with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, including reference architectures, standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
• Partner with solution architects and application developers to ensure effective integration across the IT ecosystem.
• Manage complex integrations within a heavily SaaS environment.
• Champion architecture governance and ensure alignment with IT security policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions/Enterprise Architect.
• 3+ years of experience in Application Architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Prior experience within the retail industry.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems from discovery through ongoing support.
• Extensive experience working in a SaaS-based environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
