Job Details
Role: Project Manager AI (Full Time)
Location: Office Downtown, Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)
On-site: 3 to 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI and data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate between business leaders, data scientists, engineers, IT, and external partners to define project requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
- Define project scopes, track milestones, manage change requests, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop project budgets, allocate resources, and monitor expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases, oversee data pipeline design, and ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
- Lead agile/scrum teams, facilitate sprint planning, and integrate AI/ML models into insurance workflows.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of modern cloud data architectures and advanced analytics while adhering to industry regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Over five years of experience in project management, focusing on AI, data, or technology initiatives in insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, data engineering, and insurance data models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
