Requirements:
- Candidates MUST be local to Chicago
- Strong Experience in IT contract management and compliance
- Strong analytical skills for contract analysis and reporting
- Ability to develop forecasts and management reports
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance reporting
- Analyze IT-related contracts, including software licenses, cloud services, cybersecurity agreements, and hardware procurements
- Keep track of contract orders, invoices, payments for a running total of contract activity
- Develop forecasts and management reports to flag utilization, expenditure, or compliance issues
- Evaluate adherence to contractual terms through audits, reviews, and data analysis
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Provide reports and assistance to IT contract managers in budget planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT contract compliance policies
- Educate stakeholders on IT contract compliance requirements and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve IT contract management processes
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending contract optimizations
- Support budgeting efforts by providing insights into IT contract expenditures
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and industry compliance standards
- Act as a liaison between IT, finance, procurement, audit, and legal teams
- Support audit requests related to IT contracts
- Communicate audit findings to stakeholders
- Maintain a centralized database of IT contracts
- Work with Procurement to ensure timely renewals and amendments
- Prepare audit reports and provide updates for improvement
- Review IT vendor contracts to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic audits to assess contract compliance and SLA fulfillment
